HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo. (CBS4)- A Highlands Ranch couple says their family is complete now that they’ve returned home with their adopted son from China. A computer glitch at the State Department delayed their return.
The glitch caused a delay in processing of passports and visas all over the world. That paralyzed some international travel, including the Vogt’s return home after finalizing their adoption of their 18-month-old son Jeremiah.
“We were ready to come home,” said Amy Vogt.
